Access Design Services is a Chicago based design business that caters specifically to the needs of adult entertainers and adult businesses. Our company offers several different services that assist and promote adult entertainers.
Our company also offers educational materials for gentlemen's club dancers and staff concerning their disabled cliental. These materials will enable them to feel comfortable when dealing with disabled clients. We help promote a clear understanding to adult entertainers to have better interaction with disabled clients and fans. It is important to know the population of the disabled in the United States , (insert ratio here). When knowing these numbers then the adult entertainment world will see how important it is to know how to relate to their disabled clients. A large percentage of the adult industry does not have enough information or training to know the tactful way to talk to their disabled clients, let alone dance for them. When given the proper information and training the adult entertains will be able to treat these unique customers tactfully and respectfully while maintaining a larger-based audience. I believe it is important to train the adult industry in how to deal with this change in their fan base. My company can offer the proper information for dancers tactful treatment to their disabled clients. In the near future, my company will also be offering training seminars for dancers and club staff.

Over the last few months we have done a survey of what type of adult entertainment content people in the disabled community are most interested in. We surveyed the members of our yahoo group with emphasis on adult entertainment for the disabled community. Our survey was conducted online it asks a series of ten questions. The questions were aimed at determining what kind of content people were most interested in and what people actually purchased. Our survey got the following results:

We offer HTML and Flash web page design, web site hosting, credit card processing setup, and site maintenance services. We design and print Comp Card with Photos on Gloss photo stock Paper, 8X10 Photos on Gloss Photo stock Paper, and Bio Sheets.

Give the reasons for wanting to establish your own enterprise where there is a high risk of failure rather then to take job training and find employment for a wage or salary?
My current training includes a bachelor's degree in Social Work and a certificate in computer programming. I have 8 years of experience in graphic arts. I also have a wide-range of paid and volunteer experience, including fund-raising and contract negotiation. I also have experience in using many software programs, including Power Point 7 to create audio/video laptop shows to explain our services, display our products, and even create products while our client watches me work. I believe the training and background experience that I have will allow me to successfully manage this enterprise. I think of starting more companies like mine who can provide specialized training and resources for the adult industry.
Present evidence of the need for the proposed service of business in the community, include population, competition, convenience to customers, and other favorable conditions which will ensure a reasonable volume of business to support the enterprise successfully?
CUSTOMER BASE-
Our customer base will be composed of two main groups. The first group is the performers who dance at the different gentlemen clubs in the Chicagoland area. Currently there are 16 clubs with the average of 40 dancers per club; this gives us a potential customer base of about 600 people. Those dancers who do not have a web site would greatly benefit from our services.
The second group of customers consists of the disabled population and those
who are interested in the disabled population. I manage a yahoo group for the
disabled which deals with sexuality. Currently this group is composed of 1,365
people. The large percentages of the members are disabled males. I also manage a
web site which deals with the same topics. The number of visitors per day on
this site average out to 100 people. The total number of hits on the site for
the last year was 3,500. Given these numbers I believe that there is a
reasonable customer base for both of the products that we offer.
CONVENIENCE-
Our company is based in downtown, Chicago which makes us easily accessible to adult performers in the Chicagoland area.
COMPETITION-
To my knowledge there is no other service that offers specialized training on correct etiquette to dancers and adult performers.
In terms of adult content for the disabled world I know of only four other companies in the United States who have a focus on providing content for this audience group. The four major competitors are ParaKathy.com, Shannonden.com, Gimpsgonewild.com, and Obession.com. There is also one other content provider that re-sells content from some of these web sites, aebn.com. Hopefully I would also be able to market products to this content provider. The one thing that will make my company stand-out is the integration of disabled and able-bodied adult performers in our adult content.
Show how you will price your merchandise and charge for your services to make a fair profit and remain competitive ?
The training would be free for the first 2 sessions, this would give us an opportunity to demonstrate what we are able to provide and hopefully build our reputation as a valid service. These initial sessions would cost $50 per session.
Our web design service is $89 per web site This fee would include: 3 web pages in Flash (or Standard HTML), Flash introduction page, free hosting for 6 months (up to 5mb), two e-mail accounts, FTP Access to your files, contact forms with auto reply guest book (allows visitors to comment on your site or products), and web board (message board for exchange of ideas). Additional services are also offered at the following costs: each additional page $35, hosting after 6 months is negotiable, additional e-mail accounts $5 per account, image enhancement $0.50 an image (price negotiable for bulk orders), e-commerce services available, and design of promotional materials available upon request.

BUSINESS OBJECTIVES-
The business objectives for this enterprise are detailed below. Our objectives have Short term and long term goals.
Short Term (6 Months)
A. Increase the amount of specialized content we offer on our web site to include;
1. A live DV quality web cam stream.
2. At least one new photo shoot involving an able-bodied female model and a disabled male model.
3. The purchase of wholesale adult DVD's for resale on our web site
B. Secure web design work from at least 6 adult entertainers.
C. Develop our educational materials for gentlemen's club dancers and staff concerning their disabled cliental. These materials will enable them to feel comfortable when dealing with disabled clients.
Long Term (18 months)
A. Produce one to five adult DVD's with a disabled and able-body cast. Then advertise these DVD's in AVN magazine.
B. Offer boy in wheelchair, girl in wheelchair, and boy-girl wheelchair live web streams 6 hours a day.

What is the projected budget and investor/partner involvement needed?
A. Investor/partner involvement needed.1. I'm looking for a solo female model to wear a bikini/lace teddy to do 50
photos posing in a wheelchair.
2. I'm looking for a female who would consider
playing the role of a nurse in a bikini/lace teddy. She would gives a disabled
male a shower - female model would NOT be nude, NO sexual contact. Photos are
for tease purposes Only. Photos would be shot by a female photographer.
The model would receive 50% of the earning from content and website membership
sales. She would have full password access to the payment processor account and
its administrative feaatures. To many girls get cheaten in the industry. I want
to do things better. Time commitment will depend on customer demand, we'd start
with one, two hour shoot and see.
At this initial stage, I'm most interested in a partner/model with some industry knowledge.
